Why is my vessel candle tunneling?

Short burns create tunneling. Reach full melt pool with each burn to ensure it burns evenly.

This is called “blooming”. It’s a sure sign your candle is made with natural waxes, especially beeswax. Paraffin candles do not bloom. Blooming and frosting is completely normal and doesn’t effect its performance.

This is completely normal in organic natural candles. This usually happens when it goes from a cooler room to a warmer room. If this happens place your candle in a cooler area Sweating wont effect your dcandles performance and will usually subside.

Our candles do not soot. They burn cleanly and evenly. If your candle is puffing soot, this is caused by too long a wick and carbon buildup at the tip. Blow your candle out and trim wick. Re-light your candle or let rest.

Most likely the wick was cut too short. Blow the candle out and soak up a bit of wax using a paper towel. Re-light or repeat if necessary to achieve a brighter flame
